LIMITED WARRANTY. THE FOLLOWING Products provided by GR8 HOME, INC. (GR8 HOME) are warranted to THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale: GR8 POWER INDICATOR (GPI), GR8 POWER INDICATOR PLUS (GPI+), GR8-LED MOTION SENSOR (GMS), AND GR8 TEMPERATURE SENSOR (GTS) (EACH A “STAND-aLONE pRODUCT” AND COLLECTIVELY, THE “STAND-aLONE pRODUCTS”). GR8 HOME’S warranty shall continue for the period of 90 DAYS from the date of PURCHASE. REPAIR, OR AT GR8 HOME'S OPTION, REPLACEMENT OF ANY DEFECTIVE STAND-ALONE PRODUCT SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER WARRANTY. IN-WARRANTY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS WARRANTED ONLY FOR THE UNEXPIRED PORTION OF THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD. GR8 HOME RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY WARRANTY CLAIM NOT PROMPTLY REPORTED AND ANY WARRANTY CLAIM ON ANY STAND-ALONE PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED, DAMAGED OR MISUSED. IN ALL CASES GR8 HOME HAS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING THE CAUSE AND NATURE OF THE DEFECT, AND GR8 HOME'S DETERMINATION WITH REGARD THERETO SHALL BE FINAL. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY GR8 HOME WITH RESPECT TO STAND-ALONE PRODUCTS, AND IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
RETURN POLICY. ANY STAND-ALONE PRODUCT RETURNED TO GR8 HOME FOR IN-WARRANTY REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE SHIPPED BY PURCHASER BY REASONABLE MEANS (FEDEX, UPS, US MAIL) WITH PACKAGE TRACKING TO GR8 HOME, INC., P.O. BOX 9142, SAN JOSE, CA 95157, AT PURCHASER’S COST FOR SHIPPING. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE DEFECTIVE STAND-ALONE PRODUCT, THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PACKAGING, AND A FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT GIVING RISE TO THE WARRANTY CLAIM. IF GR8 HOME DETERMINES THAT THE RETURNED STAND-ALONE PRODUCT IS NOT DEFECTIVE OR IS NOT COVERED BY THE STAND-ALONE PRODUCT WARRANTY, GR8 HOME WILL SHIP SUCH PRODUCT BACK TO PURCHASER, AT PURCHASER’S COST FOR SHIPPING. IF GR8 HOME DETERMINES THAT THE RETURNED STAND-ALONE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AND IS COVERED BY THE STAND-ALONE PRODUCT WARRANTY, GR8 HOME WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE SUCH PRODUCT AND SHIP THE REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, AT GR8 HOME’S COST FOR SHIPPING.
